This album highlights seven original music compositions I wrote during the last year of my husband's life. He was in the late stages of dementia and each day I watched his decline. Playing the piano and composing was my life-line. I wrote more that 70 songs during this short time. Now, 2 years later, when I listen to these tracks, the painful memories are also filled with the love and gratitude for our life together. Music helped me express feelings too difficult to express or understand. I hope you will find meaning and comfort in the music as well.
